The Lorenzo L-449 Acoustic Guitar was the winner of Guitar magazines 'Best Acoustic Guitar under £1000' award for 2004, this dead simple dreadnaught has the handling and sound you'd expect from a much more expensive instrument.

Bearing some striking similarities to the Taylor 'Big Baby', Lorenzo Acoustic Guitars have managed to save money by cutting out the frills, no body binding, no soundhole rozette, no position markers on the fretboard (importantly they are still on the side of the neck) and a satin, not glossy, finish. But you still get smooth operating diecast tuners, a rosewood bridge and fretboard.

This guitar offers tremendous value of money with an excellent volume, sustain and nice open tones. All in all, a good playing, good looking acoustic guitar at an unbeatable price.
